4. Prices and payment

7. Transfer of risk
Our company assumes all liability for the consignment until delivery is executed to you or an authorized individual at the designated address. At that precise juncture, risk of loss or degradation passes to the recipient. Apparent transit damage must be recorded with the carrier immediately and communicated to our team within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You are entitled to return unopened merchandise within 30 days of receipt in accordance with the terms stated on our Returns page. Goods are guaranteed to be of satisfactory quality, fit for their stated routine nutritional purpose, and compliant with label specifications at the date of delivery.

9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under United Kingdom law, the aggregate financial liability of Dailyvitalnotes Nutrition Ltd. for any claim arising from an order is limited to £100.00 or the total purchase price paid for that order, whichever amount is greater. No provision within these general terms shall restrict statutory liabilities that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.
10. Age and use
Customers must have reached at least 18 years of age to consummate a purchase. Nutritional products should be consumed strictly according to label directions and must not be regarded as an alternative to professional medical counsel.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Should any disagreement remain unresolved through direct correspondence with us, jurisdiction lies with the competent court at the registered seat of the seller, preserving your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
