3. Order processing
Transactions finalized prior to 15:00 on a working day are handed over to the courier that same day. Requests entered following that hour, or during weekends and official holidays, ship the next working day. You will receive an acknowledgment notice bearing your reference number immediately upon ordering.
All vitamin containers, protein powders, and dietary supplements are enclosed in tamper-evident inner seals, reinforced with bubble lining, and packed into heavy-duty corrugated outer cartons to prevent crushing or temperature variations during transport.
4. Tracking your parcel
Once your dispatch is booked, an automated dispatch confirmation containing your parcel tracking number is sent by email and SMS text alert so you can follow progress directly on the carrier portal.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
Should the tracking register no progress over 5 business days, please notify us at [email protected] with your reference number. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier and, at your discretion, either dispatch a replacement or issue a full credit within 10 business days of your inquiry.
6. Damaged on arrival
Inspect the outer box and factory safety seals upon arrival. If the parcel shows visible transit damage or seal tampering, photograph the issue immediately, reject receipt if possible, and contact customer support within 48 hours to arrange a replacement dispatch.
7. Payment methods
We honor Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Our representatives will never solicit confidential card credentials or digital banking access codes by telephone or email correspondence.
8. Delivery outside United Kingdom
We deliver our nutritional formulations to designated countries. Applicable transport rates and transit schedules for every location appear at checkout prior to final payment. Any customs tariffs or import duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.
